Process Flow of Dhee Rani Program
This is the process flow of Dhee Rani program, starting with an “Online Application” stage where individuals can apply via web or mobile, contact a call center, or seek help from a designated office. Once the application is submitted, it is assigned to the “Tehsil Verification Committee” (TVC), followed by the “Program Steering Committee” (PSC) for approval.
After PSC approval, the application moves to the “List Finalization” stage, which likely involves compiling and verifying a final list of applicants or participants. Following this, the process includes an “Event” step and then “NADRA Certification,” indicating a formal verification step possibly involving the National Database and Registration Authority to confirm identities or other pertinent details.
Parallel to these steps, the flow shows that certain actions may trigger SMS notifications at different stages, indicating updates or required actions for applicants.
Additionally, the flow includes an “ATM” process indicating activities related to account management like account opening, monetary top-up, and verification through biometric systems.
Lastly, there is a “Grievance Offices” gear linked from the TVC stage, suggesting that at this point, applicants can file complaints or seek redressal through designated grievance offices.
This flowchart effectively outlines the sequential and interconnected steps involved in processing applications within this particular program, emphasizing both the procedural and communication aspects.
