CM Punjab Zahra Homes Maskan Ravi 3 Marla Plot Scheme 2025
The Chief Minister of Punjab, Maryam Nawaz Sharif, announced the launch of a new scheme to provide free 3-marla plots to deserving people. This announcement was made during the inauguration of the Zahra Homes/Maskan Ravi Scheme in Kala Shah Kaku. During her visit, she thoroughly inspected the development and handed over the keys and allotment letters to 100 families, expressing her satisfaction with the quality and facilities of the project.
At the opening ceremony, she learned that 100 houses had already been built in Mouza Nehra Pur on Kala Khatai Road in Lahore. These houses, part of Zahra Homes, each cover 400 square feet and include two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a courtyard.
The briefing also highlighted that the homes are built to be earthquake-resistant and environmentally friendly using the latest EPS Smart Panel Technology. Furthermore, each home in the Maskan Ravi area will have a 5 kw solar system for power. The community will benefit from several facilities, including a plant for clean drinking water, a school, a playground, a mosque, and a medical dispensary.
The Maskan-e-Ravi Housing Scheme is a collaboration between RUDA (Ravi Urban Development Authority) and EPS Solutions Pakistan. The event also featured a documentary about the services and projects of Muhammad Nawaz Sharif, the President of PML-N. The Provincial Minister for Housing, Bilal Yasin, spoke at the event as well.
