Benazir Income Support Programme BISP is offering Taleemi Wazaif to poor students. The main purpose of this scholarship is to enhance the value of education. BISP requires the verification of students from their schools and colleges.

In this verification Headmaster of School or Principal of college declares that the student is regular and punctual in attendance. BISP Taleemi Wazifa is only for those students who are regular in their institutes.

How to Fill BISP Verification Slip for School and College

If you are filling the details on Verification slip for students then follow the given instructions. In case of any mistake take a new print out of slip.

Student Name: Here you will write the complete name of student according to the admission record of school and college. Do not make any mistake.

Father Name: Here you will write the complete Father name of student according to the admission record of school and college and B-Form by NADRA. Do not make any mistake.

Mother Name: Here you will write the complete Mother name of student according to the B-Form record of NADRA and Admission record of school and college. Do not make any mistake.

School Name: Here you will write the complete school or college name of student. For example Ali Akbar is the student of GHS Boys Rawalpindi. You will enter GHS Boys Rawalpindi.

School EMIS Code: Here you will write the EMIS Code of School or College. EMIS Code is the unique code for each school. You can get the information about EMIS Code from Headmaster of School.

School Address: Here you will write the complete address of School or College. Other name school name there will be address. For Example GHS Boys Rawalpindi Near Tehzeeb Bakers 6th Road.

Tehsil: Here you will write the name of Tehsil in which school is located. For example in case of GHS Boys Rawalpindi the name of Tehsil is Rawalpindi. It can be different with respect to school location.

Class/Section/Admission Number: In these three options you will write the class name e.g. 07 and section e.g. B and Admission Number. The admission number will be available on school admission record register. You can ask these details from Headmaster or class incharge.

Teacher Name & Contact: The class incharge or Headmaster of school will write their names. They will also write their contact numbers so that BISP office can contact them for cross verification.

Signature: Here the headmaster of school will put his sign with stamp. Do not forget to get the stamp because without stamp BISP will not accept the verification.
